Got a small part broken and customer service immediately responded and sent me a replacement. Wonderful service indeed. The waffle maker does exactly as it is supposed to. It’s compact in size and looks neat. The plate heats evenly but as the dough will expand, you would need to hold down the handle to have an evenly browned waffle. Cleaning will take a little scrubbing if you overfill it as the plates can’t be taken off for washing but it’s pretty easy. The coating works well without sticking

L’apparecchio funziona alla perfezione! Gli egg waffle (bubble waffle) vengono davvero bene e sono molto particolari. Non è semplicissima da pulire, ma i materiali consentono comunque un lavaggio abbastanza rapido. Prezzo ottimo per un risultato eccellente!
