This is a short read that is a good reference. I like that it has pictures of each kind of pepper reviewed.

The author has done some great research in putting this book together. I will enjoy this reference book for many years. Well done!

Not much to it

Bought this book as a reference guide. Pictures are in black and white. Making it useless when trying to identify unknown peppers. Useful data if you are new to the Scoville scale.

A quick and through education concerning the world of peppers.
