Love this rack. Absolutely makes a difference when cooking your meats allowing airflow underneath the meat before cooking and also after.

This is a great product with a grate. And silicon pad, which is very useful to keeping the unit clean. I love this product. I have two of them. I recommend it.

Came on time and used it next day, feels sturdy and does not take up too much space.

The media could not be loaded. 1 star off because it doesn't sit completely flush, but that is by no means a dealbreaker.Nothing's gonna go sliding around all over the place. I took the rack out it's not warped, I think the pan just has a wonky couple millimeter difference somewhere.

This product is a game changer. Salt your steak, refrigerate overnight and cook it. Perfectly dry. Wonderful product and process.

I have plenty of sheet pans for the oven and I have no intention on using this in the oven. For me, the silicone mat is a nice extra. However, fit and finish is great. The pan is thick and not warped, so it sits flat on the counter. The rack is quite thick and doesn't sag under load. The grate is welded at every intersection and also sits flat. Overall, it's a bit more expensive that other options, but is superior in its own way.

I thought these were a little pricy when I got them but I figured if they were solid and werent going to rust it would be worth the investment. Im about 5 months in and the rust is definitely a thing. Kind of disappointed about that

This resting rack is perfect for me. I’m single and usually only prepare one steak at a time, but this rack will also hold two average size ribeyes. I uploaded the picture to show how much of the rack a 1.5 lb ribeye takes up.Keep in mind the measurements shown on amazon are the measurements of the outer edges of the pan. The rack measures 7.75x11.25”. Again, perfect for me.I just used the rack for the first time this week and I’m so glad I bought it. Used it for “dry brining” the ribeye in the refrigerator for a few days to get all the moisture out. Then it was easy to just pull out and set on the counter to let the steak rest up to room temp. Then, just popped it in the oven! After baking, grabbed the pan and threw the steak on the cast iron for the perfect reverse sear. Then returned the steak to the same pan/rack for the final rest. Really simplified things for me. However, a wooden or bamboo platter might be better for the final step to let the steak soak in the juices... so I’ll still keep one around.Bottom line, really good multifunctional tray combo. And people, don’t get mad it’s “so tiny”. They disclose the measurements on Amazon. Use a tape measure.
