Was skeptical since everyone seems to have different opinions about what to do/not do for new piercings. I got a conch piercing (along with my flat and triple lobes) done about two weeks ago and the cartilage ones have been very angry, red, and swollen so I was concerned something was off. My conch was the worst out of the two, and I realized earlier this week that there was an irritation bump on the inner ear part of the piercing that I couldn’t see unless I moved the jewelry (I know I’m not supposed to twist or move it but that’s the only way I was able to see the bump 😅). It was very yellowy which I’m guessing was pus and the front and back of the piercing hurt a lot when I would barely even touch them (I also think the back of the piercing was about to grow a bump too tbh). On Friday I started soaking cotton balls/pads in this and putting them in my ear to try and reach the spot with the bump, since it’s in a difficult location. I did that 2-3 times a day and also put it in a mini spray bottle that if spray on and dry with a hair dryer on the cool setting. I also used them on the rest of my new piercings just in case. The first picture (with my nails in it) was Friday before I started using it, and the other pic is from today before I used this solution. I’d say it already looks so much better and less angry than it was less than two days ago, and I will continue to use this product in hopes that the bump will go away (I also ordered the sea salt solution to try bc of the location of the irritation bump). So far, this product seems to be working well, although I was skeptical at first. Very helpful considering it’s only been two days, but I’ll update this review later on! Update 7/16/24- the last picture is the bump around 5 days after starting this solution and the bump seems to have gone away. Now there is just skin that needs to heal and swelling from the new piercing that needs to go down…. Would highly recommend this stuff! If anything changes or if the bump comes back, I’ll update this review, but I plan to keep using this just as a precaution!

Had nose piercing bump that was irritated from jewelery. Changed the jewelery out and used this solution and immediately saw difference. My piercing bump went away and irritation went away almost immediately. This stuff saved my piercing
