4 years and still going on strong. I bought this port 4 years ago to allow me to dual or triple screen with my laptop and attach my keyboard and headset via usb it has worked amazingly well. Very happy with my purchase. Plug and play no nonsense. Exactly what i needed.

I just plugged this in so I guess things can deteriorate. But...I have several devices just like this one and have been using them for a couple of years for my work and personal computers. My other devices are similar to this one but they enable *another* external monitor. So, 3 external HDMI monitors (2 HDMI & 1 VGA connections) with independent displays plus my laptop monitor.This device does provide 3 video connectors (2 HDMI & 1 VGA) but only 2 at a time (plus the laptop) will display independently -- the 3rd connector can only mirror one of the other displays. I knew this when I purchased but I didn't need a 3rd display (in addition to my laptop display) and this device was $40 cheaper than my other devices.ALSO KNOW that there is no Ethernet port and no audio (out) port.

Hdmi ports visible in the PC but not active. Not able to extend the lenovo E14 laptop display to any monitors. Charging and usb ports are working good.

This is my 3rd dock from Totu, I keep purchasing them for my home office desk and to use at work, as it is so much easier to just plug in a laptop and have he external displays, keyboard and mouse directly connected. Full disclosure - while I have purchased the previous ones myself, this one was provided at a discount as a review unit.Build quality is the same as the other docks, with a sturdy metal enclosure. The two HDMI ports plus the old-school RGB connector or perfect for multi-monitor setups, or if you still need to connect to a projector that only has a VGA connector - plenty of conference rooms still out there that need to be updated. Everything just works, transfer speeds and charging times are as you'd expect via USB-C. Very happy & would buy again.

I bought this product to hookup my additional monitor into my macbook. Didn't work, so it's great to have just in case I need something like it in the future.

Product worked pretty well for about 4 months. This morning I plugged it in and it worked properly for a few minutes then I got an error from my computer saying that the display port was connected but not displaying properly.Spent about 2 hours trying to trouble shoot this from rolling back drivers, unplugging everything and plugging back in, checking for windows updates, etc. Trouble shooting from the Totu website wasn't particularly helpful for this model.Would not recommend this product, another example of you get what you pay for.

Well, I bought this thing for a Mac Mini M1 and tested USB. Works as advertised!
