Ordered this with seeing only 4 left from seller. Never had any issue over the years with Poulan brand & having moved to more rural area needed more outdoor maintenance equipment. Originally had a little hiccup on delivery with FedEx saying in customs delayed. But I contacted Amazon csr they reached out to the seller and the delivery was perfect from there on. They even assured delivery 2 days sooner. Once here got it set up. Box had very minimal dings from delivery. Everything in the box. Assembled. Read fuel mix 1/50 prime bulb underside, lock trigger, pulled easily, started up. Run cycle a few minutes. Lighter on the back and tube for blower great for adjustable arm length, straps adjustable & hold while using. Sound is not high pitch like the electric ones with high output. Really happy with the speed adjustment and overall power for doing the job. Tested out quickly on the leftover leaves from past fall. Happy as a clam for affordable back pack blower. Great for half+ acre property. Now just waiting for this rain to stop so I can get back to spring cleanup. Going to use for clearing snow eventually also.

Arrived as promised. Well packed. Instructions were not hard to understand and follow. They kept it simple. The most helpful thing are type of fuel and oil that needs to be used and do not twist or assemble power handle is cable is twisted. By checking bolts, screws and connections, following starting instructions and adjusting harness for each person, this blower is extremely nice. You can adjust power without much effort and when needed you can power up to blow almost anything without spending time trying to make things move. I wish the review videos I found had more using in different needs and less talking about assembly. Straight forward I wouldn't ever need more wind for any work I might do. It works like the old Husqvarna blowers. If anything, I wish they had a lighter unit such as the H130. This Poulan blower is the real thing. I think, with care and not using full power all the time, which you won't need to, this Poulan will last for many, many years.

"Poulan Pro PR48BT, 48cc 2-Cycle Gas 475 CFM 200 MPH Backpack Leaf Blower" I don't know why, but I really want to like Poulan Pro. I have one of their weed trimmers (really good), a lawn mower (mostly good), and now this leaf blower. They were all a bit pricey compared to equivalent models from other brands, but I keep wanting to buy Poulan Pro for some reason. While there's nothing terribly wrong with this leaf blower, it may have cured me of buying this brand. It works fine enough. Somehow I expected it to be a little more powerful than it is, but it's still pretty powerful. It's not the easiest thing to start, but I've known worse. Considering that it was brand new, it should have started a lot easier - at least for its first season. For the record I used actual Poulan Pro oil and my mixture was correct. The biggest problems for me though are just dumb design issues: The gas is hard to fill. It's in a really awkward spot. The gas cap is also a pain to remove. It's really not well designed. For the price, it would be nice if it could switch sides. As it is, it's righty only. If you're a lefty, too bad for you. If you'd like to be able to switch back and forth, too bad for you too. Being right-only, it can get a little fatiguing. Not as bad as a hand-held though. The straps don't have any kind of clasp to be connected together, so the thing is constantly in a state of slipping off the shoulder. It doesn't matter how the straps themselves are adjusted; gravity and vibration are all it takes. Since this isn't a light thing to be carrying around on your back, the slipping issue is a MAJOR pain. Forgetting everything else, this would be reason enough to not buy it. While I would expect more from a company like Poulan Pro, I'm learning that maybe I've been expecting too much from Poulan Pro. I'm not convinced they're worth the price. While this is the first backpack leaf blower I've owned, I'm sure there's got to be much better out there.
