AVO Naturally Processed NON-GMO High Oleic Safflower Oil, 1 Gallon

I use safflower oil where canola is normally used because: 1) unless it is organic canola is treated with roundup, which I cannot abide, and 2) I use quite a bit of oil and can't really afford organic. This oil is perfect for frying. It has a higher smoke point than canola and imparts no flavor to the food. It works well for sautéing. And it makes a great mayonnaise.Finally, the price is right.

Best and healthiest oil for cooking. And non-GMO. I have purchased from this seller before. Good price on a good product. Thanks.

This product is very good. Better alternative for frying than other oils.

We make our own mayonnaise and safflower oil is the main component. Avo is an outstanding choice for my purposes. It has a neutral flavor, blends well, and is well packages (as in, easy to pour right from the jug). If I need to fry anything (not often), this oil can withstand very high heat without smoking or acquiring a burnt flavor. Just can't beat it!

Thisbisnsome good stuff. I use it in the kitchen and on my blackstone. You can't taste it and cooks really well in high heat. Our family enjoys it.

The product is great, with no "off" smell, is fresh, and has a light taste. However, the shipper (Amazon) threw the container into a box with no packing material and it was either dropped, tossed, or otherwise mishandled. The container arrived split at the seam on the handle. The plastic bag the container was in trapped most of the spilled oil but the cardboard did absorb some of the oil that escaped it. I was able to salvage 99% of the oil and transfer it to another container, but it was a hassle.

No odor and very light, perfect for frying or sautéing. Doesn’t smoke as quickly as other oils.
