Q: How long does a typical game take to have a winner?

Depends on the number of players. Typically 4 player take about 1.5 hrs to 2 hours. 6 players may take 2 hrs to 2.5 hours. As soon as one player retires, all the other players must retire and the game ends. Please allow a little more time the first time you play to learn the game.
