When i'm ready to make a bottle to use, i take one scoop and add it to boiling water. And once it's cooled, I strain it with a cheesecloth into this bottle. Once i'm done showering generously, add this to my scalp before drying my hair. I have only used it for 1 week. So far so I am unsure how the results will be, but I am happy to find an alternative to an oily based product. The initial cost of purchasing all the powders is quite a bit, but with the size of this tub, it will last me for quite a bit of time.
