Steam Controller Carrying Case

I was uncertain as to whether or not buying this controller case would be worth it, but after having it in person, I am glad I bought it! This is a sturdy case that can withstand some weight placed on top of it, which is perfect for protecting your controller while travelling. It has enough room for a wireless receiver (dongle), wireless extender, and a pair of AA batteries for your Steam Controller and includes a self-grip strap for your USB cables. Although it is designed specifically for the Steam Controller, it can also hold other types of controllers (I use it for my PS4 controller). The build is of high quality material; it does not feel cheap when I hold it. Despite being relatively bulky for added protection, its overall design is sleek and minimalist, with a single zipper and the Steam logo embedded in the middle. The case itself is black, inside and out, and has indentations for the placement of the controller and its accessories. Despite being a great carrying case for storage and travel, it can be costly. I bought mine used at half the price, so I highly recommend waiting for a sale before getting it! I purchased this specifically for a Steam Controller, but I have found that it also fits PS4 and Switch Pro Controllers reasonably well. As a Steam Controller case, I don't see how you could ask for more. It has space for everything related to your Steam Controller: the controller (obviously), a USB cable, the receiver, the adapter that allows you to plug the receiver into a USB cable, and it even has room for extra batteries. The case is sturdy and appears to be constructed to last. As I mentioned a moment ago, it also fits PS4 and Switch Pro Controllers. The PS4 controller settles into the case rather well and doesn't rattle around in the case at all when zipped up. Actually, if I didn't already have a dedicated PS4 controller case, I would be pretty happy to use this Steam Controller case for that purpose. Since the PS4 controller is smaller than the Steam Controller, that leaves room for storage of other things like USB cords. The Switch Pro Controller, on the other hand, fits loosely and can rattle around a little in the case. That hasn't stopped me from carrying my Switch Pro Controller in this Steam Controller case, and I feel that despite maybe not being ideal, the case is sturdy enough to protect the Pro Controller regardless. I can't speak to the fit of XBox controllers. So, for the purpose this case was intended (protecting a Steam Controller), this case is fantastic. Considering that it also comfortably fits controllers for at least 2 consoles, I think this case is a great buy. Actually, I may have just talked myself into buying another one.
