Expensive, but so good
You don't need a review to tell you this is very expensive for coffee beans. The quality is there, it's nice coffee, not too bitter, great taste, nice crema.

Has a nice taste but a bit pricy
I use this coffee to make espresso. It tastes good with a fairly complex but light flavour. I notice citrus tones and for espresso it's not bitter. A bit overpriced for the 250g bag but I would still recommend it.

My husband loved this
I’m not a coffee lover myself - I bought it for my husband and he thought it was great!

I like the coffee
The coffee is very nice. I do love it. I wish is a bit cheaper though. I bought it a couple of times. I have to switch cheaper coffee as I don’t think I can afford this anymore. I know all good beans are expensive. But so is everything else. Had to cut my coffee expenses. Other cheaper brands are also nice.

lacking
they smell nice in a bag, not sure what they coat them with, but actual brew, kinda lacking in all of those flavours. crema is nice, but that means nothing. The supposed 1/5 acidity rating, feels wrong, the blend is quite acidic, I couldn't force myself to drink more than 2 cups because of the high acidity and the nasty leftover taste similar to burnt beans.Once more the flavour is just... average, sadly so, tastes better than instant mind you but not by far. and all of this for a rather impressive price tag of £50/kg in lower batch. going through a lot of brands atm and will not be going back to this one.

I'm Not Bitter, But This Coffee Is.
I never leave negative review usually, but I felt like I had to in this instance. Despite claiming to have low bitterness, I found this coffee to be very bitter, and without much of a complicated pallette besides that, unfortunately.I used a moka pot and heated up the grounds as slowly as I possibly could, thinking that might fix the problem, but it didn't. I'm going back to my usual Iron & Fire 'Carribean Jazz' blend, as its so much richer and tastier for almost half the price.Such a shame as I'd heard a lot of good things about this company, hopefully it's just a bad batch.
