I received the machine less than one month ago and grider stop working. It's making weird sounds, I removed the parts and cleaned but still not working. Wanted to download the invoice to send it to repair and it's not available for downloading.

all fresh now, beans to cup, once you get used to the dosing and tamping, the rest is simple. also beware your visits to the coffee shop will be more often to buy fresh beans. i wish Breville could share a free tutorial on how to dose and tamp with the machine, will save a lot of beans and time. nevertheless a great machine that i will always buy.

I learnt how to make a coffee on this machine and I loved it. Everything was fine but at one moment grinder stopped working, then I searched the reviews maybe other people had same issues apparently yes. So the grinder stopped working but in general I liked the machine
