Takes a long time to put together but directions are very good… turns out beautiful!

This is a pretty nice desk. I assembled it by myself, it took about 6 hours. I could've gone faster, but made a few mistakes on the way. The instructions are clear, just takes some patience. It's good, it looks really nice. Top drawer slides nicely, bottom drawer could be a bit smoother opening and closing. Wood finish is nice quality. I bought it because I liked the storage options. Great value, happy with the purchase overall. There were a few tiny scuffs and scratches, but what do you expect for something that get's dropped in your driveway and costs under $200 with free shipping. Fantastic value overall, I'm satisfied

Desk is very nice and great looking. It took almost whole day to assemble, but finally did it. Tricky part is when two drawers are combined into one. I like the fact that it’s long and not too wide. It goes perfect with bed color which is cherry. It can fit two monitors and laptop. Very well made.

There is a lot to say here so imma make a pros and con list to make this easier Pros: - The desk is beautiful. Looks like the photo and like it’s almost solid wood - It’s steady and heavy. Comes in at 118 lb and when put together it’s not shaky or wobbly. I feel like it’ll stay just fine. - When everything arrived, it was packaged so well that I couldn’t open it. Nothing will ever get damaged in shipping. lol. Cons: - The instructions were hard to follow and were put in a weird order. - The wood scratches and splits easily. A screw got broken out when I tried to put the top on and you will not be able to build this without scratching it. I was being extra careful. - You will need at least one other person to put this together - This took days to put together I did this by hand with no drills and minimal help and I got it done in 3 days. Not a quick project and not one for a beginner. - They use both cam screws and dowels. Like just pick one. - They do not provide extra screws or glue. The glue they had was not enough for the entire desk and I had to use my own. There were just enough screws and dowels for the desk. So if you lost one or it was damaged, you’re screwed. (Pun intended). - Some of the hardware was slightly bent. - The drawers and doors were hard to adjust and I wasn’t able to get to drawers to slide without scraping the bottom a little. Overall I think that this desk is a bit over priced for the stress it caused. I like the look and functionality of it but I would not order it again. Not without extra screws and glue, easier instructions, and wood that is less prone to damage. If you do decide to buy this, build it with someone and please use a drill. Trust me.

We have purchased many Sauder. products over our 58 years of marriage. Quite a few of them our children took with them when they got married! They have always been easily put together are very sturdy and an exceptional value for our money. We always took good care of them and they last forever. We purchased two of your Sauder Heritage Hill computer credenzas in the past couple of months. The first one we put in our home office...we liked it so much we bought another one for our family room...very handsome piece of furniture and very well made...thank you for all the years of beautiful furniture pieces. The desk is very well made and came out beautiful. The assemble took quite a while. There are many parts but each is labelled. You will need to pack your patience to put this together. I split it into 2 days to make it easier. After getting the cabinet together, I left the drawers for day 2. You do need two people to flip the desk and such as it is heavy. All in all, I am very happy with the desk. The drawers work perfectly and they were lined up on the first try. I was surprised to see that it came with a power strip that mounts in the back of the center drawer. That was plus.

good quality for the money - easy to assemble - but I was not careful and did not notice in the listing that it looks like 3 drawers on the left but there are only 2. Also noticed in another buyer's video review the drawer fronts looked crooked. I assumed he made an error but I ran into the same thing. I had to loosen the screws and push it bit into better alignment but it still looks a little uneven.

Overall this is a very solid good looking desk that when assembled has the look of a desk that would cost far more. My only complaint which I have experienced with other pieces of furniture made by Sauder is that their instruction manuals can be vague and rather confusing causing frustration in assembly. It would be nice instead of illustrations that are drawn they could perhaps provide illustrations in the instruction manual with actual photos and more detail. Other than this complaint overall it is a nice looking sturdy desk.

Solid and beautiful piece of furniture.

It’s a good desk but takes lots of time to assemble. They should have quick assembly parts. It had two big scratch marks on it and they don’t even give colour matching market with it.

I like the storage options. Great value, happy with the purchase
