I did have to buy two because I didnt realize it was one step per order. I had my brother install them so I knew it was getting done right, versus me trying to do it and failing LOL. These steps are tough, durable, and so easy to install. They look good on my pickup. (2001 Chevy Silverado LS Crew Cab). I did only put steps on the front because I never really have passengers, but I'm sure they would fit just as well down the frame also.

I returned the step because I didn't read description of step to be for one only. Nice looking step, but more than I wanted to pay for a pair.
