I have suffered with chronic fatigue syndrome for the last 10 years, and have tried many, many supplements. Only a few have had any good effect. Many of them my body could not tolerate. This one is a very good product. It has given me a good amount of energy, and that's saying a lot for a chronic fatigue sufferer. I am careful and slow in adding new things to my body. I am now up to 2 pills a day, and am very happy with the results. I can do more without so much exhaustion. I'm not up to 100% in my energy levels, but it's better than it has been in a long time. I am hoping to continue this improvement as I slowly add more ATP to my body. It's worth trying.

I do not like the fact that these hard tablets take forever to dissolve sublingually. I have not taken them long enough to know whether or not they are doing what they are supposed to do. I would assume that I would have to take them for a couple of months in order to get some idea.

I have purchased this product more than once. The picture clearly states "sublingual". Yet, the product I have received is definitely not sublingual. I would prefer the sublingual but am hesitant to purchase.

I'm not noticing anything from these. I'll keep taking them but just on faith. Once they're gone though, I won't be buying more. There are more effective supplements I take, NAD+ boosters and AKG.

ATB when stacked with HMB is a game changer when it comes to workout. CrossFit workouts can be short but also can be long. When I’m looking for a little extra something during a long cardiovascular workout, ATB is a perfect stack.

Unless you have some medical issue that results in poor ATP levels, I doubt this is going to do much for you. This is not an 'energy' supplement in the sense that it's similar to a B12 shot or a caffeine pill. I have CFS/ME, and while I don't personally feel 'energetic' after I take these, it has raised the bottom for me as far as daily function. Because I feel like ultra-garbage if I stop taking these. It's the only OTC thing besides Aleve that has ever helped me at all, and it has no side effects that I've noticed. Must-have.

Don't recommend this of you need an energy boost because of CFS or working out. Didn't feel anything from start until I tossed the bottle half full. I have used other brands with some success, but no effect on this one. Take forever to deso under tongue and thus actually caused a small allergic reaction to my throat, which is quite unusual for me and all the supplements I take to make my fatigue and health problems. My recommendation is skip it. Better luck else where.

ATP naturally produced by cellular respiration is more effective.
