Incorrect size
Title states 125 cu ft but fill Station informed me that it is actually a 110 cu ft tank. Cheap green paint that rubs off easily.

Wesco is your best friend
Anything 150cuft and less Wesco will exchange regardless of brand or certification. They even let you trade up or trade down in tanks as long as its 150cuft and down. Example If your trading up from a 60cuft and want a 125 you just pay whatever the difference is in price after the core for the fill. If your trading down in tank size you pay no more than $30 for fill.

Airgas Will Not Fill or Swap
Airgas locally and in all surrounding communities within driving distance has told me this cylinder cannot be filled or swapped by any company because it doesn’t have the appropriate markings. Now I’m in search of another company that might be willing to do a cylinder swap for me so I can get one that I can have filled locally.Until then I have an expensive paperweight… Tank looks nice though I guess.

Do not buy !!
First of all find out what markings are on the bottle ! If the description doesn't say, contact the seller. Also make sure that it's stamped around the top "Customer Owned" and if it doesn't say that don'tbuy it !! Another thing, after getting all the markings information contact your local welding gas bottle filling company and give them the information and ask them if they'd have any problem filling those bottles. One more thing, when you do buy a good bottle and it does state that it is a "Customer Owned" bottle, when you go to fill it always make sure they fill your bottle or swap it out with a bottle that stamped saying "Customer Owned" on it !! That will save you a lot of problems down the road. I hope this helps.
