I use one (1) 20 watt capsule bulb like this as the first bulb in a string of G8 base LED under-cabinet kitchen lights. Why because, without the added resistance, my string of LED lights would show erratic dimmer performance. I chose this FEIT Xenon bulb because true xenon has a slightly whiter color (3000K) which closely matches the reported 3000K color temperature of my LED string. Common halogen bulbs are 2700K which appear much warmer than my LED string and the difference is quite noticeable. I've tried other bulbs called "xenon" and they are clearly NOT real xenon. Yes, the FEIT brand bubs are true xenon and are more expensive but if you want 3000K the FEIT bubs actually deliver.

Works great for under the counter lighting. I have used these for 15 years and they have preformed well and not too much heat or getting hot. I rate them a 9 out of 10

I have been using these in our wired under-cabinet lighting for over 10 years now. They are not LED, so they do not last very long, but are definitely worth the repeat purchase for the price and light output.

Keep it as an spare parts, looks like OEM for Kenmore Elite microwave oven

It is a generous size. Plad cover is soft and well made. I warm it up in the microwave for 3 minutes before bedtime , put it by my feet under the covers and voila! Warm feet all night!

These are perfect for what we need them for - our under cabinet lighting but they don’t seem to last long although we use gloves to install the lights. They are cheap enough that we don’t mind.

I installed them on Dec 20 2023, and this week two out of three stopped working. Bad batch? Whatever it is, I don't recommend.
