This brush is appropriate for removal of cob webs and other light debris that can be difficult to access. It is a nice soft brush that should do no damage to finishes.

The pole is sturdy and so easy to use when cleaning my dock of the thousands of spider webs it collects daily. It is light and doesn't hurt my back or neck when using for long periods of time. Excellent attachment for my adjustable stick. It is well-made and worth the money. The size worked well for the cobwebs around my porch.

bristles are deformed and do not spread out - even after weeks of being unpackaged. Many other reviews state the same. The threads are also deformed so that it will not tighten onto the pole.

This truly is the best way to remove pesky cobwebs and dirt from your siding! This is the third one we’ve purchased!!!

Update 2: I am SHOCKED. The company representatives sent a new head and changed their packaging. It came in just how we would all love to receive it. No extra work and ready for use. 5 out of 5 for not just providing a refund but for listening to feedback and making adjustments to their shipping practices. Good on them! PS it works! Update: The company reached out after seeing the review and offered a refund/replacement and acknowledged the issue. That is pretty wonderful customer service and maybe worth some brand loyalty. ........... Original: It functions, after you spend 30 min reshaping the bristles. Out of the box this will not function as advertised. Like others have shown it come tightly packed so the bristles are bound in one direction and the product is useless. Instead of returning I sat and bent and held each little pack of bristles down to face the correct direction. For the high cost of a simple item I should not need to do this. Skip it unless you are brand loyal and willing to be a bit frustrated.
