Works (updated)
Update: after a little testing with another friend's radio I have to come to the conclusion that it is my radio and not the walkie itself. Product is nice and loud that's the good thing. The negative of this is after a period of time it will stop allowing you to communicate when you put the button. Everything will work fine you'll hear everything but they will not hear you. So everything seems to be working but you won't be able to talk to anyone. Probably will end up returning product

Easily adds wireless functionality and is lightweight
This was used to add wireless mic functionality to a PA system using a 1/8" to 1/4" splitter cable and has worked quite well. The voice quality was OK, but definitely not as good as the wired mic and had a 0.5 to 1 second delay when transmitting, which takes a little getting used to due to the echo. If you're just using this for the intended purpose with a handheld transceiver, then that might not be an issue. It is also very lightweight, which might actually be a slight detriment with the relatively small size and slippery surface. A little texturing and additional weight as well as a tether cable might be good improvements to consider.

This is such a great product.
I use it with an MDUV380, most products exaggerate their battery life, this is equal to or slightly exceeds the specifications listed. The audio quality is exceptional, it amplifies the audio significantly louder than the speaker at least on this particular radio. I use this radio for work and I was having trouble hearing it but now that I have this speaker mic I can easily hear the calls. But it's not because the mic is closer to my ear it's actually louder than the OEM speaker on the radio by a significant margin. The only downside is that the instructions are kind of poorly written. For instance it says to press the power button and the volume up and the power button and volume down for specific functions. In actuality you have to press the power button slightly before pressing the power up button. This took some experimenting. Also this will not work with zello on Android. For some reason it's configured in such a way that because it's synced with the Bluetooth receiver the mic button doesn't activate zello on the phone even though it does sync with the phone and you can hear audio and you could also press the smaller button on the top and it'll activate Google Assistant. If you want to use yellow you need to buy the same exact model only without the Bluetooth receiver and then somehow it's programmed different. The qualities durable it's very light I'm extremely satisfied. Zello users; it will not work on Android despite pairing the PTT doesn't work on Android, not sure why... but the standalone mic that looks identical will work on android with Zello. 73s!

Was working well at first. Bluetooth adapter stopped working about two weeks after receiving. Only got to use it twice before the adapter stopped working.

Perfect for Ham techs who want a Bluetooth handset.
Bluetooth enable your wireless device if you have the Motorola type connector. Won't last all day, but it will last as long as you want to talk. Easy to use. Uses USB micro's to charge that's included.

Overall, it is a handy and good product. Good value for money.
The Anysecu HB980 is a good Bluetooth Handheld Speaker Mic. I used it with the radio in the vehicle while I was standing outside the vehicle and still had clear contact between the mic and radio. The RX quality is good. Rate 5/5. The TX quality could be better. Not as clear as directly TX from the radio and sound a bit different, but still clearly readable. Rate 4/5. The battery live is good. Use it for the day’s travel without any issue. The volume adjustment on the mic could be better. A Huge plus will be a channel up - down adjustment on the Mic, like with the wired handheld mic. On the Mic is a programable button but I can’t find how to program it. Overall, it is a handy and good product. Good value for money.
