Great tweezers
I'm really picky about tweezers – lol – they have to be well-engineered to really grasp tiny splinters or whatever... and these are great! They're smallish and have a nice case. Good choice!

Very Precise Grip - Need Strong Finger Strength
Great set of tweezers (thumb forceps?). The tip is very precise and can grab the thinnest hairs. Would be wondeful for removal of a stubborn splinter, I'm sure. The only word of caution I have is these are made of stiff metal. It is a great pair of tweezers and will surely last a lifetime but if you have compromized finger/hand mobility or strength then these might not be ideal for you. My finger and hand strength is fine so I love this item.

Good, not Great - Wish I had purchased a different set
For over 10 years I had a set of tweezers that I purchased at a market while stationed in Germany. They were fantastic quality, very good at grasping items like hair, and had great texture that maintained grip of the grasped item. Unfortunately for me, I lost them while traveling a few years ago.After reviewing dozens of tweezer listings I choose this set. After using them now for about four months I find them lacking.Pros:Nice looking two-tone finishMatte finish where your fingers go provide good solid gripThe leather-type case is niceCons:Smooth throughout, preventing good grip when 'tweezing' something like hair
