The clamping tool does an excellent job.Easy to use.Thanks good for the push throuh cat5e/6 ends as well it works like charm.

i decided to take the plunge, for many years I had stuck with the old type of crimp tools, cutting wires carefully and feeding them through to the right length. no more, i thought so i bought one to give it a go, and it works well, thread your wires in slide the cablke up, crimp and cut the excess cables what could be simpler A+++++++

First off definatley throw the included RJ45 connectors in the bin! 100% fail rate!1 - Cut full cable - Works2 - Strip outer sheath - Works3 - Crimping - Works (not with the included RJ45 connectors)4 - Trimming the ends - Works for the most part, if you hold the tool closed you can wiggle the end wires offBoot covers are ok a little hard but functional, overall not a bad tool used with decent quality RJ45 connectors!

Used this when I ran an Ethernet cable from my house to the office at the bottom of the garden. Easy to use and good value for money. No complaints at all.

Will only work great on rounded cables, not suitable for flat cables.It's a but fiddly if you never done it before but with a bit of practice was ok.

Arrived on time, well boxed. Sturdy construction. A dozen cables so well tested. I found the cutter didnt cut all the wires when crimping. The first couple of cables showed connection issues. This was resolved by brute force when crimping, really crush it hard. Apart from that the tool should last well.

It's a total waste of money, I should have known better as a lot of the feedback is probably due to them getting a freebee. It does not work and now I have to spend more again to find the right one.
