Wilton 604-2281 Pure Peppermint Extract

I tried this at Christmas when I made my peppermint bark. Oh my gosh! It was so much better. You can taste peppermint so much more than any other extract. It costs a little more but a small splash goes so much farther.

This extract is awesome! Not just great for bake goods but super to add to potpourie and humidifiers. A drop in hot tea helps get rid of nasal stuffiness.

Put this in the cookies I made. They turned out great. You can taste the peppermint.

What a deal!!!! I am so tired of paying $6 -$7 for a tiny bottle of peppermint extract at the grocery store. I usually only need it at holiday time, but I have several recipes that call for it, and this bigger, and much less expensive bottle is perfect. The flavor is exactly the same as the best store brands. Very happy!

Screw-on cap arrived cracked. At least foil barrier was intact. Would be nice if a dropper was included.

I use this to deodorize my microwave. Several drops on a damp cloth, microwave for 50 seconds or so.

Summary says it all: mint chocolate chip ice cream makes every day a little better
