TMJ No More is a MUST READ if you have TMJ --- Loaded with helpful info!
For me, I went all over the place looking for a helpful book on TMJ. Just as I was about to give up, I spotted this on in the Kindle Edition and bought it. It is truly worth every penny. You see I have TMJ but what I would call occasional TMJ that I get in times of stress and visits to my dentist's office (holding my open for a long period of time causes another TMJ episode for 2 to 3 weeks after I go to the dentist). This book is a truly a lifesaver! May I suggest chapter 6 to read first: Herbal and Home Remedies (read this first), this chapter has so many ways to relieve the pain and also even prevent at attack.Chapter 6 explains how to massage (gently) the jam. Also I found in Chapter 6 about these special herbs that help with TMJ: St Johns Wort, Ginger and Catnip (and others) would help with the inflammation AND there are special DO NOT DO's that will prevent a bad flareup of TMJ such as chewing gum, avoiding hard foods, and more...Also found that chapter 5 TMJ Relief with Exercises (some I found very helpful). So I very, very highly recommend this book to you if you have TMJ. It has sure benefited me!

Helpful info
I have been dealing with the issue of bruxism and the associated pain from a very irritated lower jaw. This book contains many herbal remedy suggestions that I am going to try. It is nice too have this info in one place so as not having to search many sites on the internet.

Book is OK. Can probably get just as much for free online.
This book is ok. It didn't really make any differences for my TMJ. The best help for me was to see a TMJ specialist. I had already read a lot about my problems online for free.

Can't wait to get started with alternative treatments explained.
This book had my attention from the start with the information in the introduction. I've struggled with TMJ for years but was unaware that lack of sleep could be a contributing factor. Conventional treatments have offered little relief to me and I refuse to try shots or surgery because of the potential for complications so I really purchased this book for the section on alternative treatments and help through diet and nutrition. I really appreciated the inclusion of recipes that combine food items that are thought to help symptoms of TMJ. I've forced myself to wait to start trying all the things mentioned until I finished reading so I can make an informative choice where to start. But I'm done reading now and can't wait to start trying the alternative treatments that best fit my situation. One of the best parts of the book are the suggestions for help in different areas such as massage and other physical treatments, supplements thought to helpful, and foods recommended for TMJ. With the different categories, I will be able to try several remedies at the same time. I am planning on starting by using one of the recipes given for dinner tonight.

Great information to guide me
As someone who has suffered from constant migraines since the age of 9 and frequent jaw pains I have often wondered if I suffered from TMJ. I decided to check out TMJ because of the therapeutic solutions offered. I read the book with a completely opened mind. The book is packed solid with information from the medical origin of Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (without getting bogged down it tons of medical jargon) to medical treatments to holistic care treatments. I may not have TMJ but I do have osteoarthritis, which I learned puts me at higher risk for it. Reading this book armed with information and questions to prepare me with discussion for my next doctor visit. Thank you!
