Does what it's supposed to at a great price.
Works great right out of the box. Using it to drive a set of 10" 3-way speakers. I seriously doubt it peaks at 200 watts, but it easily fills the room with good sound. Plenty of overhead ithout distortion. It would be even better with a bass driver output. Bluetooth works fine. Tuner is good, but its a little cumbersome to tune with the remote, but I seldom need to. At the price, why not? I'm strongly tempted to get another for a patio system.

Good sound, great price point.
Being familiar with Pyle products from years ago, I figured the claimed "200 watts" was probably not going to be accurate. That being said, I kept an open mind when I purchased this little amp for my garage. I had been using an older 40 watt JVC bookshelf stereo set that still sounded good, but didn't have Bluetooth. All I really wanted from this amp was to be able to stream music from my phone. Hooked it all up and was very pleasantly surprised. It pushed the 40 watt speakers perfectly with surprisingly good sound. No hiss or clipping like other reviews have stated. Decent bass. As an experiment I hooked up some larger 200 watt Sony passive speakers from my old home theater system and it sounded horrible. Very tinny and not very loud. So being realistic with what you are working with, this amp is perfect for a garage or workshop if you use speakers it can handle. Connected to Bluetooth flawlessly. I did not try the FM stereo or the aux. As an aside, I made sure my phone volume was all the way up before I turned the volume up on the amp. This may alleviate some of the issues other users are reporting. The treble and bass knobs let you dial the sound in to suit your preference. Very happy so far with my purchase.

Great high powered amplier with BlueTooth, USB and FM radio
I love everything about this amplifier, except one minor thing. This is a $40 BlueTooth enabled amplifier, I wasn't expecting anything amazing but this greatly exceeded my expectations. It sounds amazing, and has great features. For the price you can't go wrong. Pros: * Powerful - This thing is LOUD in my garage. I never get past 2 on the volume control * Great features - FM Radio, USB, BlueTooth, AUX in, Microphone ports * Simple to use and setup * Come with a remote * Plays MP3 and FLACs off of USB or SD card Cons: * Remote is pretty basic * Cannot use banana plug connectors on receiver * Whenever the unit is turn on it defaults to AUX in mode!?! I have this in my garage hooked up to the light switch. When the lights come on, the amplified comes on. I cannot for the life of me figure out a way to get it to power on to anything other than AUX mode. It would make sense that it would power on to the same mode it was in last, or maybe let you set a default mode? Nope. It powers on to AUX mode, which is probably the LEAST useful mode for me. The manual doesn't indicate a way to change this, and sends users to www.pyleaudio.com for questions. Unfortunately that site has no way to ask them a question (email or online form) other than snail mail!?! I just want to listen to the radio or bluetooth while I'm in my garage working on projects, and it does this really well. This would be a 5/5 star review if it would just power on to the last mode it was in.

Love it!
This with the speakers is amazing! Price is great! Using on the patio! Love the FM radio function! Easy to connect Bluetooth! Can go loud! We are very pleased! Wish I could add two more speakers to it! Nice small size! Picks up a lot of radio stations!

HAPPY WITH PYLE
Works with my LP record turntable with simple plug in . Bluetooth connects to my laptop to play cd's over speakers. Has a small footprint and price point . Works great!

It's a Pyle all right, but they spelled "Pyle" wrong!!! It's really a pile!!!
Getting to the punch line right up front. I'm going to try to return this thing. I'm very frustrated. I feel like they should actually pay me for the time I invested in unboxing, hooking up and trying this thing! But, if I am being fair, if I had gone and read some of the negative reviews, (which call out exact complaints I have experienced), I would probably have moved on to a different choice. So, in the ugliest sense, I own a little bit of this because I should have done a little bit more homework. Noticeable backround noise starts when you turn on the power switch, even with no program content, volume at any setting (0 - 100 %). As far as how loud this noise is: Not as loud as normal conversation. About the same level as you might want your music if you just wanted to hear it but want to not wake up anyone else in the house, or be able to easily talk over it. Maybe the level an quality/character of a running clothes dryer 5 feet away from you (complete with the higher/lower events from clothes rolling around inside the drum). So that's the noise issue. The second one is that the remote functionality is horrible. it's hit/miss and I am pointing the remote directly at the machine with my arm stretched out at it. Remote winds up being maybe 5 feet from the unit, and still does not consistently work. Finally, if you plan to use FM feature, and you think you're going to want to move between stations, then pack your patience. It is a PITA (pain in the ...). For me, it was a "don't care" because my only use case for this thing was going to be BT streaming for music in my study while I work. Really, the only things I like about this are the concept (which is why I purchased it). The small size, BT connectivity (with FM for very occasional local news or music if internet went down) and quoted power all that I needed for this thing to do. If only it could have actually done that. What application would be OK for this? Well, if you're going to "set it and forget it", picking a station or BT source once per day and let it run in an environment where you have a decent amount of base background noise (a store, a workshop with machinery running), then this unit, at this price point, might be able to work for you. It certainly doesn't work in my home study where there is no background noise, the desired music volume might be low, and the ability to easily change setting with remote is important.

Nice amp, but not 200 watts
No where near 200 watts, it does drive my 100 watt speakers ok but there is room for more power. That said, it is a nice little amp. Sound quality it very good. I'm getting 40 watts per side which is sufficient. My speakers will probably last longer lol.

Great value
Great little amp! I used this on my desk to route PC Sound into speakers and it works great. Exceptional value for investment.
