Reasonably good for the cost.
The right side earpiece can be easily broken, I have broken two over the years. Rusty being said, I still use them because the cost is so low.If you are rough on office equipment these may not be for you.

Not built to hold up for more than six months
First, the positives: this economical headset is lightweight, comfortable and sounds good. And now for the big nasty negative: this headset has a serious design flaw. With normal day-to-day use, small hairline fractures will develop across the frame of the adjustable headband, causing it to split apart. Because the headband must sustain tension and flex while being worn, it cannot effectively be mended with remedies such as Bondic, Superglue, and duct tape. If you purchase this headset, be forewarned that it likely will split apart within four-to-six months' time. I recommend looking elsewhere for a headset, because this particular set is incapable of holding up very long with regular daily use.

This not a device for a person like me with medical voice disorder.
