Can some one tell me how to lubricate the unit?

The only lubrication I use on all my air tools is a few drops of air tool oil into the air inlet before use each day. The alternative is to use an automatic oiler on the supply air line.. The automatic oiler is only used on air lines that are used for air tools only as the oil will contaminate the hoses if they are also used for spray painting etc....I hope this is of help for you.... Trigger smoothness? Can anybody tell me how much control you have with the trigger? I have a 3/8" nitro cat and its almost an on off switch. I need something that I can easily and smoothly control the power with so I don't strip out smaller bolts. I know the power level is adjustable, but thats not what I am concerned about.

Being a heavy duty diesel mechanic I use this gun every day, as for trigger control you need do be pretty accurate when pulling it in to feather the air flow, I will use it to loosen 3/8 bolts but not 1/4. Also I'm not one to mess around with the power level. To top it off our shop air is at 160psi so you shouldnt have a problem. 160 psi creates one snappy gun!, does sacrifice some life though.

This gun is great, I work at a GM dealership and use this gun many times a day,I have had them all and this is the best impact I've ever owned. No impact lasts forever as they are by nature a very violent tool.I like it has a grease fitting up front to lube the impact hammers. I enjoy very much removing lug nuts and bolts my coworkers $400-500 guns won't budge.How long it will last for you is up to how much maintence you give it. For the money or not for the money I will stand this is the best impact made right now. Also I disagree with the previous statement the trigger is "on or off". I sometimes put plastic lug covers on with it,you can feather it,but there are better tools this kind of work. It has a 2 year warranty also. Go for it. Dennis

I need to remove axle nut on my camry and would makita mac5200 which produces 6.5 cfm at 90 psi enough to drive this impact wrench?

Both of the answers provided are correct. This impact wrench is quite powerful, but you do need some volume for sustained power. If this is a "one-time" issue with the axle nut, you may be able to make it work. I have this impact paired with a 5.0 HP, 26 gal tank and under heavy use I wish I had more volume to keep the duty cycle down. Use some penetrating oil on that axle nut and a long lever (pipe extension over breaker bar) and you can break it free without an impact wrench if need be.
