Why are the soles started to smell quickly and to fabric is lifting

How often do you wash your feet? If you wash once a month like everyone else you shouldn’t have a problem with stinky shoes, if you do wash every three weeks.

I’d like to exchange for a bigger size- how is this done online?

You set up a return. There are several ways to do it and it is easy. Get a credit and reorder. If you contact them they can probably set up the size swap though and ship as soon as they see the return order otw back.

Does this shoe have a low heel?

Not sure what you mean but the heel and toe seem to be even. I have several pair of Sketchers and I love them.

I have not tried washing them, however, I believe washing them by hand would definitely be possible, as they are made of a soft material that appears to be washable. I have had a similar type of Sketchers shoes and have machine washed them on a light cycle and set them outside to dry and they did fine - hope this helps you - sorry I didn't have a definite answer for you.
