Better than I expected! I ride with a full faced ILM modular hemet in all but freezing weather. This insert keeps my view from being obstructed by my breath fogging up the inside of my shield. Each to install once the face shield was off my helmet, due to the pin lock design.

I was skeptical and I thought this was over-priced for a small plastic shield insert with a small gasket. My new helmet has the pinlock nubs in the shield already, so I figured I'd give this a try. However, if you've ever ridden a motorcycle in the rain or on a cold/cool/humid morning with your face shield fogging up... trying to ride with one hand on the handlebar grip with the other one frantically trying to clear the fog and condensation away so you can see... you know it's extremely dangerous. Especially at night! I was all prepared to return this citing that it didn't work. We're in a drought here in Texas, but shortly after this arrived we got a handful of random rain storms so I tried it out. It worked!!! I couldn't believe how well it worked! There was fog and condensation all around the rest of the shield, but NONE where this pinlock insert is. Since it's not chilly here in Texas yet... I let the helmet get nice and cold from air-conditioning, then wore it into the bathroom with a steamy hot shower going. That worked too! Highly recommended :)

So it works as described, it just does not fit the Colored visor that came with my ILM helmet it only worked on the clear. I've asked their support regarding this detail, wish me luck.

Would not fit my ilm z501 helmet on either visior snipped a little off one side where the tabs are very small cut and that did the trick fits like a glove but because I had to alter it in giving it 3 stars

pricey but does the trick! no more fogging up.

Fits well and provides clear vision Easy to install and keeps the fog away.

Perfrct fit, easy to install, would be better if logo was not on pinlock itself and had more coverage for the visor.

pinlock 30 used on my ILM helmet. works very well for anti fog on the visor. note: I wear glasses, unfortunately my glasses are not anti fog.
