Ultimate lifesaver
I've been eating these for about a year! I'm adhd and these help immensely in the afternoon when my meds start wearing off. Or some days when I'm raw dogging it, because I forgot to fill my meds (did I mention I'm super adhd?) I eat these throughout the day and honestly make the day doable. I love given them to a ton of people. Yeah the taste could be better but whatever, they freshen my breath and do the job. People that say they don't work probably live off caffeine and these have less than a cup of coffee, but with the gaba it gives my chaotic brain just the boost it needs.

Taste terrible
Omg these are absolutely terrible. I was so excited to get extra energy. But oh my the taste was awful. I even gave to my co worker and she said terrible the more she bit it the worse it got. My energy was spitting it out.

Better than an energy drink
First time buyer. I first used this during a lengthy Padel tournament. My partner and I experienced the focus and energy to sustain the long match without the jitters or racing heart beat of an energy drink. An enjoyable minty flavor. Not overly sweet in taste. In our opinion, it helped us and lasted the entire match. Texturally, it is not sticky, rather mildly chalky when you try to chew on it. We would buy again.

Not for me, didn't notice any change.
Hey, wanted to like this product, but I did not notice a significant difference. I am not sure if it needs to build up in my system but it did not yeild the results I was hoping for. I will also share that caffeine usually does not stimulate me either so maybe I need a different combination of stimulants. Pros Easy to take (its a mint), easy to chew, accessiable. Love the packaging. I got it from Whole Foods and I think if I would have been at the store good value for money ($3.00 and some change each at the time) but I did Whole Foods Delivery and it was much higher. I don't think I will order them threw Whole Foods again but I was so anxious to try them. Lesson learned. Cons You already know what I am bout to say... the worst part was the taste. Theres mint fighting for its life like a game of throwns episoide but that L-Theanine or the other vitamins ... idk but its strong and put me right back to the 90's of the cherry medicine epidemic. A whole generation of cherry flavor lovers was whiped out because of the all the cherry flavored medicine. But really the worse part wasn't the taste I was just bumbed it didn't work out for me. No crash no jitters no focus and my energy stayed the same.

An Effective Boost
I grabbed these Neuro Energy & Focus mints because I wanted something lighter than an energy drink, and they’ve actually been great. The mint itself tastes clean and not overly sweet, and I like that it freshens your breath while giving you a little boost. The 40mg of caffeine feels really steady — not jittery or intense — just enough to help me wake up or stay focused without crashing later. What I really like is how convenient they are. No drink, no sugar, no huge hit of caffeine… just a quick mint that does the job. It’s become my go-to when I need a little mental pick-me-up without overdoing it. I didn’t expect much, but these are honestly super handy. I’ll keep buying them.

Definitely works
but a weird aftertaste. Not bad enough to be a dealbreaker but wish I’d had a heads up! I chew them quickly instead of letting them melt because of it. If you’re after the effects more than the experience then 10/10– I just pop one before my morning smoothie they do work great ! I just assumed being minty would hide any weird taste but I was wrong lol could just be me !
