One review criticized these because the locking nylon ring is at the outer end, not in the middle. I prefer them this way so I can assemble everything finger tight before wrenching them in place.

Came fast and is how presented in the description. They are larger than some other locknuts I have which is good for 3D printing the washer that’s attached is helpful for softer materials like plastic to distribute the weight. The nylon ring would be better towards the centre to make these two way but they still work well

Perfect for F250-350 running board studs!
These are good quality nylock nuts. They are perfect for mounting running boards on 2017-2020 F250-F350. This is the size for the factory studs on the body M8-1.25
