They are tasty. A bit pricey compared to similar products. If you are wanting to watch daily calorie intake, you may want to take an alternative route. Overall a decent meal substitute.

It works, and it tastes great. You mix two scoops in the liquid of your choice, add whatever you want as a mixer, and you have a filling meal. I use chocolate almond milk and frozen fruit. I have also used peanut butter, fresh fruit, yogurt, and fat-free pudding. You can even use veggies. In cold months, I use hot chocolate.

The best meal replacement shake out there! Tastes great! And mixes really well, not grainy at all. I like to add cinnamon for a sugar cookie taste, or add yo my coffee instead of creamer. Two scoops is very filling.

This is very tasty as always. I’ve loved it since the early 2000s. I feel like the formula may be a little different because I think it has psyllium husk at some point however I like it in my coffee as well, but it’s a little too pricey so I’m looking for another brand.

I have been using this protein shake for 15 yrs it is worth the cost. Great protein, fiber and low glycemic content!

The shake is delicious. Attached pictures of expiration date, appearance of mix and shake. Everything is the same as I've had in previous years. The price is higher than normal lately. Over 10 years ago I drank 1 shake for breakfast daily for 3 months and lost over 20 lbs. I personally wouldn't do 2 meal replacements that visalus recommends. Taste great and long shelf life.
