Very happy with this as it closes my gate completely preventing my dogs from following out after me.

Awful product with no screws or rivets to hold it in and no instructions will be returning for a refund

Needs better install instructions.Also the pins you use to help tension could be betterPerhaps screwed in as they fly out sometimes.

Good item easy to install and adjust to correct pressure..

It works however, not particularly robust nor powerful. Could be improved by using a bigger and stronger spring.

I bought this spring to cause my verandah gate to close, in case somebody left it open allowing my little dog to escape, and go and chase the sheep. Unfortunately it closes the gate too strongly, so it potentially could injure my little Schitt zhu. Decided to have a think about it, so will probably use it on my back gate at home. Excellent little spring.

Works well, arrived next day,good price. What's not to like?
