How long do the pads last before replacing them?

No certain amount of time. I have used these last one several months....I just use them until I think they need changing or they have started trying to come off the belt. Just a use your on judgement...

no, the slendertone replacement gels are for the ab belts that cover over the metal button that is on their. The gel pads is for ab belts for comfort when using the belt for muscle contraction. It wont work for tennis elbow.
