One of my favorite pans now
It is very good, big as I wanted, sturdy, heats even, and very comfortable to handle.A year and a half later - I still like and use this pan, and bough in addition two other sizes - 9.5 inch and 11 inch. Can't write review for 9.5 inch - Amazon doesn't show a window, so I'll say here that other sizes are same good as this one. Nothing sticks, surface holds well (this one is the oldest and shows some scratches). I also can't find in my orders another 12 inch pan with very low walls to write a review. To that other pan everything started to stick pretty soon, so I have to use a lot of oil. And it got a dent few weeks after I've got it, as if somebody stabbed it with a knife. We use only wooden/plastic spatulas, so it is a mystery for us.Each pan is good for different things. This is universal, that is why I've bought two more. Another one is perfect for frying pancakes and squash and eggplants. Something about heat distribution, or thickness of a pan makes a difference. If I had to chose just one, I'd chose this.********************Four years later: I just ordered same 12.5” Ecolution Artistry Non-Stick Grande Fry Pan from Amazon again. From three sizes that I have, also 9.5" and 11", this one became sticky first. But 4 years is a long time, especially taking in consideration that we used it almost every day. Good product!

Good weight, stable on the burner!
The Ecolution 8" skillet is stable, heats evenly, has a comfortable handle, and has a nice thick edge to scrape your spatula. I use mine every day, and just replaced one that I had for over 7 years. I still use the old one too, but after 7 years of daily use, the non-stick was *beginning* to be less so and I was using more oil/butter that I wanted.

Kitchen workhorse
This is my second 12.5-inch Ecolution pan. My first went out to our cabin/weekend place and I bought a nice new, pricier skillet to replace it. Said skillet promptly warped, and while it was a 12-inch pan, the 12 inches was the top measurement, and the bottom was more like a 9-inch skillet instead. Add that to the warping, and a glass top stove, and little food actually came in contact with the heat.Fast forward a few months, and we moved out to our cabin while renovating our kitchen. I rediscovered my Ecolution pan, and when it came time to get new pots and pans for the nice new kitchen, this was the brand I looked for. I bought a set, and then this one separately. It's not quite as nonstick as the 11-inch Ecolution Evolve skillet, but it's as good or better than the pricier ones, and it's the perfect size for family-sized cooking. It hasn't warped (neither has the one that's probably a decade old), and is fine in the dishwasher.Yes, I understand all the purists out there who say you should never put pots and pans in the dishwasher and I've read about pampering expensive cookware to keep it from warping, but if you're like me and have better things to do with your time, this is a much better option than just buying random new skillets when the previous ones warp.

Nice to know my family isn't eating dangerous chemicals
We've been buying these pans for many years, and I love them. They don't last as long as some other pans, but I feel it's a good trade-off, knowing that these don't have the dangerous chemicals associated with regular Teflon pans. Our have lasted about five years before the inside surface starts looking rough. The one thing that really bugs me about these pans -- and the reason they only get four stars instead of five -- is because on all their pans, the handle is attached with a screw instead of a rivet. So every few months I have to tighten them back up. I hope they fix that soon because if I find another company that makes similar environmentally sound pans that uses rivets, I'll probably switch over.

Size and quality
This frying pan repaces the same brand l have been using for years for crepe making. Just the right size. Non stick and l guard it jealously for just that purpose.

Worth the value
This is a great pan. The value and quality are wonderful. I got it for my picky husband who loves to make omelettes. He really likes the pan. No film is left behind and it is easy to clean. We only use a rubber spatula and medium heat since it has great heat distribution . It has cooked each omelette perfectly!

Best frying pan I've used this far
These frying pans are really good. This is the third I've bought, all in different sizes. They heat up evenly and are not thin enough to allow things to burn easily like other pans I've found to have that problem. The handle is sturdy and it is easy to clean. The other thing I love about this pan is that the non stick layer does not wear easily and I don't need to worry about uneven pans and my food sticking to the pan. I will buy again.

Five Stars
Works as advertised

It Cooks A Quick Omelette
It feels light and weak being made of aluminum, I think, but at least it heats up quickly for that reason and has a safer non-Teflon non-stick!

Great frying pan
Easy to use, non-stick and easy to clean. Used mostly for veggie burgers which are prone to sticking.

Not sure it's necessary
Learning more about Teflon, I feel like I just should have bought something cheap because Teflon products produced for Canada are safe. But it is a good pan. Cooks well and has held up well.
