Great customer service
Had a problem with a battery pack, but customer service was quick to respond and remedy the issue. Battery fit as advertised in my Arlo Ultra 2.

Complete Garbage
I didn't even want to give it the 1 star but it forced it. Bought a pair and only one worked. I created a return and when I received the replacement, only one of those worked. Matched the two working ones to salvage a working pair out of the 4 total and after a week, another one is not working. Registers completely charged on the charger and registers dead on the camera and does not charge or work. Other batteries work just fine.

Do Not Work (Update) Great customer service!
Updated Review - upon leaving a review, customer service reached out asking what they can do to make this right. I told them I was able to return but had a restocking fee. They sent us a credit on the restocking fee which was very nice ... the return item hasn't been fully processed but I trust it was received and the refund would be fully processed. Happy to see a seller honoring their product, thank you!------Batteries are dead on arrival - will continuously charge without saying it's fully charged and when plugged into the Arlo camera it just shows no power. Please do not buy as either it does not work like mine or the other reviewers state they work for a month and after a few cycles stops working. I wish I tried them before the return window closed

Best customer service ever
I purchased 2 of these batteries and had issues with them not staying charged very long. I never did send them back or write a review to complain. One day I received an email asking me to review this product so I wrote "the fit was perfect but the charge life was terrible". Burflo quickly reached out to me wanting to refund the full amount or replace the batteries. They replaced the batteries at no charge and they are working great. Burflo has the best customer service I've ever delt with. Thank you Burflo and Ada for caring so much about your product. You guys are awesome.

Waste of money!
These are the worst batteries I could have imagined. The not only do not charge to 100%, but they drain in a matter of days. The Arlo batteries charge to 100%. These batteries charge to 57% and drain quickly. The price is right until you experience the lack of quality.

While it technically works, does not communicate with system
Bought a pair of these back in February, Just went to use them for the first time now. After charging them, I j just installed each of them separately. While they do power the cameras and all, they do NOT communicate how much of a charge they have. The battery icon remains blank, and if you go into settings, the last charge level posted from the previous battery remains, unchanged. So there is no way to know when you need to recharge these batteries. Re-booted the app, the phone, re-installed then twice, and no change. Pretty lame. They will be heading to the trash bin, as it is too late to return them. May have to stick with the OEMs.Oct '24 update: They don't even charge anymore, much less work. Complete waste of money.
