Cheap and working so far. Some random crackling sounds probaply due to connection issues. I was able to go upstairs and connection was working, except some few crackling sounds. Device is very lightweight. Power on/off button is easy to use, no need to press button few seconds to turn it on/off. Just move it right or left. If you can, spend little bit more, and you'll get better one. But with this price, this feels good device. Headphones with 3.5 mm male plug cannot be used directly with this, and only adapter that came in package was female 3.5 mm to 2 RCAs, and device has 3.5 male connector that is attached to the device, and cannot be removed.Sound is not as clear compared to wired. Bass is ok, but treble is clearer as I connect my headphone with wire to my phone. With equalizer sound is much better.

Hooked it to my earbuds and the sound quality was horrible. Most of the bass is lost, voice sounds like it is coming from across a very long hallway, and highs are harsh. I compared wired vs through this device and there is no way I would ever listen to music through this. I prefer silence to the "music" that comes through this device.I hooked it to my stereo to see how that works, and the output is pretty low for RCA jacks ... I would estimate about 1/3 what a normal stereo component outputs, so the volume needed to be turned up more (my normal 1/3 volume is now almost full volume).On the plus side, it paired easily to my android Note 9. It automatically reconnected. So electronics part of it seems to work fine.So the moral is if you buy something cheap then you get what you paid for. Problem is that I will never use it again, so I am returning it.

Love the fact that the device came with a phono/jack connection but that is about it. Problems include the phono jack cord is way too short, only a couple of inches. Also the transmission from the device to your tablet is only good for about 10 feet. If your tablet is further away than that the transmitter starts losing connection. Finally, you just move slighltly your tablet and the transmission is disturbed and you hear this horrible crackling sound. In other words, it loses transmission. Don't buy it. No good!

This Bluetooth receiver worked on the first try. I easily connected my iPhone to it and now I can stream music through my older hard-wired Bose lifestyle house stereo and listen on my patio or any other room. The receiver is very small and easily kept out of sight.
