Very happy with this. Works well, installation was decently straight forward. App is basic but works for the basic functionality. Can confirm does work on a mixed 2.4/5Ghz wifi network with one SSID.No HomeKit support is the only bummer. But still recommend this.

Go to Google Alexa app and select switch (Wi-Fi) hold the on/off button until it flashes and continue to Alexa and press continue. It will take 2 min to search. wait full 2 minute and it will connect 👍

Good quality, but needs upgrades like manual adding to tuye, switch software is weak in comparison to others, inching option is not available! Slow response from hardware or software, others are much faster.

The device loses wifi connection after five to six months. When the first two switches lost connection, I bought another two. And within five months the new devices lost connectivity, too. There is no reset button on the switch so it's hard to re-establish WiFi. Now it works as a manual switch.

Installed this today and am pleased enough to buy a 2nd one. LIKES: looks good on the wall, manual switch works well and has handy blue/red on-off LED indicator, linked it to Alexa for voice control, and created a "hot water please" routine in Alexa app to turn it on and (most importantly) off again after 25 mins. DISLIKES: Connector labels on product dont match the diagrams here or in the Included wiring diagram, but wiring pictures shown here work if you wire by position. (Supply wires in outer positions, heater load in inner positions). Also, app setup was tricky on a mixed 2.4/5ghz wifi network (you may need to turn 5ghz off temporarily!) but we got there after 20 mins of messing about...

Simple install and was quick to setup on the app plus links to Alexa for routines and remote voice control.
