This helped out my kids when they were sick. I believe that it helped shorten their cold. I got it after the first kid got sick, and it help him start to feel better. Then started to give it to the second one right as he started to show symptoms. The second kid wasn’t nearly as sick as the first kid. Seems to help my 5 year old for at least a few hours for runny nose and cough. Research ingredients though. It contains toxic stuff from plant that may also be called wolfsbane soooo I guess it’s ok as long as your not a werewolf lol kidding
