I like the health benefits of these. The pill isn’t too big, pretty easy to swallow. The strength is 1000mg, which is perfect for me. Great value price point too.

Lysine is good for preventing cold sores.

We adopted two feral cats who had herpes. Yes, herpes. Crusty eyes, not contagious. Put the sprinkles of a capsule into each bowl of food. Oddly enough, now its gone. Works for people who get cold sores as well.
