First off Chris from Lasercrafting, whom i spoke with prior to even purchasing anything from them, insured me that they could accomplish what i was looking for. I still was hesitant, but gave them a chance. They also did not have the font i wanted, so without excuses Chris said "no problem, just email the font file, but not as a link". That to me seemed perfectly fine, but i also wanted them to put a drawing (my wife had drawn) on the product, along with her heritage countries flag. I sent the requested info by email to Chris, and once again he did not respond with any sort of excuse saying they could not accomplish what i wanted. Just to give an idea on how fast they work, i ordered my customized piece on the 18th of Dec and had it in hand four days later, with three days to spare for Christmas. It turned out better then expected, and my wife was extremely happy, so i will definitely be using Lasercrafting for future custom pieces, and directing friends and family their way too.

I recently received a raise. So I thought I would get my boss one of these for putting in the good word for me and making it possible. She lives it. I put Her nickname and a quote she likes at the bottom, and she absolutely loves it. It is nice and it took about a week or less to receive it. I priced other brands and companies and this one is priced very well and looks really nice. Perfect for brown nosing. Just kidding. Or am I? Haha. Enjoy!

We bought this for my daughters godfather as a Christmas gift for his office desk. It is beautiful! I didn't really like having to put the two pieces together myself with the provided double sided tape. I was scared I wouldn't match it up correctly and I accidently put it on the wrong way. I recommend putting it on without the tape first and looking at it to make sure you have it correctly before you put the tape with it to avoid making my mistake. Even though I put it the wrong way you can barely tell and it still looks really sharp.

I'm impressed with the quality of the product. It's nice, thick, and on the sturdy side. The laser engraving is very nice; no faults there. The only issue I have is in the assembly - you remove this plastic strip to make way for the adhesive so as to stick the name plate to the base. That's a little awkward in and of itself, but the real issue is the ability to see the adhesive after the pieces have been assembled. It's quite noticeable, though not a huge detractor. It is very good quality for the price.

Received an email from seller the same day that I placed my order allowing me to desfribe the inscription I wanted. The nameplate was shipped the next morning. I received it within 3 days, and it looks great. The seller was really good about notifying me of each step of the process, and seemed very flexible about choosing font style and size. The workmanship is outstanding, and the nameplate, which I ordered as a gift for my wife, looks fantastic on her desk.
