Works great in 220v & 120v scenarios
I like how compact and compatible this surge protector is - I’ve used it in multiple countries (Germany, Philippines, Japan, and China) over the last few months, and it’s worked great so far! It’s offers peace of mind when using it with expensive medical and computer equipment.

Unique, perfectly designed power strip for international travel
This super-handy power strip is my new essential for traveling internationally. It’s the first power strip that I have seen that ranges from 100 to 240 volts, which is exactly what I need being in many countries throughout the year. It has four US type sockets and four USB ports with a small footprint and a long cable. This is exactly what I need and will stay in my briefcase for all my travels, domestic and foreign. It’s a simple design, but I am surprised I have not seen anything like this before. I’m sure maybe some others exist, but this one seems to be perfect for my needs. I like it so much that I bought two, one for myself and one for my wife. The vast majority of power strips are limited to one voltage. This one breaks the mold…The one thing you need to be aware of is that you will need an adapter to plug it in to the wall in other countries.

Great design, tight fitting USB ports
I like that the USB ports are on the side, which prevents the USB cables plugged in from being bent over, increasing the life of the cables. The reason that I knocked this down a star is because the USB ports are really stiff. It takes above average force to un/plug a USB cable. Maybe they will loosen over time. Other than that, I am very pleased with the design and function.

Great power hub to travel with or for office use!
This great little power center is an easy way to have sufficient power when you travel. Plug this into a wall outlet and you immediately have 4 more outlets plus 4 usb charging ports. That's most likely more than enough for anybody who is traveling. And if you need more, buy two - they're not expensive! The power cord is 6 feet long, which should be long enough to go from an outlet onto a nearby table, and the fact that it is permanently attached to this power center means that you'll never accidentally leave it behind or lose it. This is a very well thought out device and one that should be in everybody's travel package. It will also serve excellently in an office setting where there never seems to be enough outlets or USB charging slots.

Versatile power station
I plugged this in to an adapter and it was amazing. So nice to have all the necessary plugs for watches, phones, kindle and other odd devices.

Among the most satisfactory of travel purchases made
I wish I had bought this years ago. I have in the past bought two or three universal adapters for other countries and still had times where I wanted to charge my phone, my laptop, my camera, and other items and had to choose which one got charged or keep an eye out for when one thing finished charging so I could swap it out. Now, I just need one adapter and then this, which gives me more bag space. It's built really well, it has the appropriate amount of weight to it to feel well built, but not heavy. It's good plastic and has a nice gauge cable. Had it on my last trip and it just gave me such a nice piece of mind along with the fact it was easy to use. No more plugging in devices all over the place.

DONT DO IT... Unless you have equipments to test the voltage
Unfortunately, all of Amazon offerings on voltage adapters for overseas use are from no name brands. So if you purchase these and then fly over to the country between and 20 V power, you risk destroying your devices. Fortunately I have a converter that converts 110 V to 220. I also have a multimeter so I can measure the outputed voltage. I tried two different products and they both failed:When I connected this device to my 220 V adapter, I was shocked to see that the 220 V passed through in every one of its outlets. So if I had a 110 V device attached to this, it would have died. As far as people complaining about taking the hairdryers overseas, Those devices use so much power that you're better off just buying a cheap one over there with the proper voltage. I wouldn't trust any voltage converter even if it tested correctly. It's simply too much wattage going through these cheap plugs. Fortunately, almost all telephone, Computer and peripherals have international adapters and all you have to purchase on Amazon is the cheap wall plug converters.
