Excellent quality, and very light. I use this flour for the sole purpose of sprinkling my sourdough baskets and the top of my sourdough before cold retard in the refrigerator because I find AP flour too heavy for that purpose.

Perfect for dusting banneton baskets before baking sourdough bread.

Great rice flour, however it came damaged last time so it automatically got sent back from the post office, so I had to reorder instead of them sending out a new one automatically.

I use this for bread baking, sourdough in particular. This works amazing for keeping things super non-stick. It also doesn't burn, so it works great making designs show up really well.

this is a very fine grain flour. O used it for making some Tawainese style thicker noodles and it worked well. it was the first time I had made them to. I had seen a woman on youtube make them on yoututbe and she used this flour as did another lady on there so that's why I tried it. It gave me a very smooth noodle!
