This product is amazing. Not salty at all which make my martinis taste a lot better. I would recommend buying this product, though it is pricey. But its worth it.

Great martini brine
I really really wanted to give this 5 stars. I've been using this bring for over a year and it makes a great dirty martini. Overall, the taste is a great olive bring taste and not just a salty dirty add to a gin martini. The brine is very clear, well packaged and is overall a great product. My only reason for a deduction is the price. As a simple filtered brine I feel like the value just doesn't quite justify the price. That said, I'm going to keep using this since we don't go through it too quickly. 4.75 stars maybe

Tastes like olive oil
I don’t dislike it, but don’t love it. It’s got an olive oil after taste rather than olive brine. It is smooth, so if you’re looking for smooth vs salty then this may be for you. Definitely not worth the high price.

Was very excited about receiving this product. I like dirty martinis and I always run out of olive juice from the jarred olives. This product is waaaay overpriced. It doesn’t go far and worse, it doesn’t really taste very good. It has a bitter quality.
