I have really dry hair and the stuff is great. It transforms it from a frizzy, dry mess to soft and manageable. this and the Split End Mender. it’s hard to use too much if this, so i tend to use 2-3 dime size amounts.. one at a time until it’s soft enough. lol i only had one experience where used too much and that was along with like 3 other products!! i also use this on damp and dry hair… 3/4 of the time on dry hair… even though it says put in damp hair.. work for me :)

Can't say it helps tame frizz but it does moisturize a decent amount BUT it does stop breakage on brittle hair!!

My hairstylist recommended it. I already had blond and I was going to get my hair Te done and a different color of blond for the up coming hair appointment. I told my hair dresser my hair at the moment was dry, kinda crunchy. She recommended this product before I get it re done and dyed so my hair could take the new blond hair. Wow! It got soft and very healthy. Loved the product, and I will continue using it.
