I know it’s flavorless, but it’s made with xylitol so does that make it sweet?

Natural with Fluoride? Does anyone know why Fluoride is banded in multiple countries?

Some counties believe drinking water should not provide medicinal benefit- these countries believe their citizens can receive adequate fluoride through other means (like toothpaste). Some countries do not have the resources to properly maintain safe levels of fluoride. Fluoride is a naturally occurring element.

The Warning printed on each tube states that if you accidentally swallow MORE THAN YOU USE FOR BRUSHING you should seek medical attention or contact poison control center right away. That is probably the case with any brand of toothpaste. It surely wouldn't be on the market if swallowing a slight amount would harm anyone.

How does this compare to oranurse?

Dr.Bob’s has less fluoride in it then Oranurse. Oranurse contains the recommended amount of fluoride for ADULTS 1450 ppm. Unlike Dr.Bob’s which only contains 1100 ppm of fluoride. It really is just which ever is most suitable for you. If your more prone to decay then a higher fluoride content may be better more suitable for you.
