Easy to use and it works very well on callouses and rough spots.

Does an amazing job with no discomfort! I feel like the pumice got slightly worn down after one use, though. I'm not sure how many uses it has, but it was very effective and pain-free to use. The handle was comfortable, and I washed the pumice after use and it looks like new again.

I have very, very dry, cracked heels. This is the best file I have ever used and my heels look so much better! It has a smooth grit and long surface area that gently removes all rough and calloused areas and and creates lots of "white snow"! lol I have to use this outside. Definitely will buy again when/if it ever needs replacing.

There's nothing wrong with the product per say, this is just a WARNING to anyone buying it. DO NOT LEAVE IT IN YOUR SHOWER. THE EXFOLIATOR PAD WILL PEEL OFF FROM THE WOOD FROM THE MOISTURE EXPOSURE. Don't make my same mistake. Don't store the product in your shower or on the edge of your bathtub. Use it, then let it dry and put it away in a cabinet somewhere dry in the bathroom. I only got to use this product once sadly before the sand paper peeled up off and away from the wood. If you want one you can store in your shower look for a plastic handled product of a different style and material.
