When you need to get on the bike and you need it fast......
While riding my new gravel bike, I happened to notice that the cranks would not roll backwards. One trip to the bike shop, after almost 1,015 miles later, I noticed my chain was literally sawing through the cage of my rear derailleur. I ordered this device to replace what I had lost. It arrived on time, the rear derailleur was in great condition, (new). When you want to get up and running this is the part that you can count on. Great.
