Be careful when removing the carton around the handle
I am curious to see how this will operate in fairly strong wind and rain conditions. For now there is only sun where I am. Can't comment on sturdiness, durability etc yet.One thing the seller needs to change is the carton around the handle, secured with heavy duty staples. That is what is causing scratches on the handle when users slide it out. Another reviewver mentions scratches - they are a packaging related problem that could be addressed.

A return was requested the same day but it has not been picked yet .
The product is defective since it’s handle is not closing as you can see in the picture shared above . I’ve requested for return through call centre.They have committed that it will be picked on Sunday. I am waiting for the representative to collect it.
