Two screws are missing, but product is good.
I would have given 5 stars if all the screws are fixed under the seat. Only two screws are fixed. We tried with our own screws, but there are no holes. We need a drill machine. But product is good.

The product is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. The upper part of the chair was damaged during delivery, but their support team handled the issue promptly and professionally. They arranged a replacement right away and kept me updated daily throughout the process. I’m truly impressed with the dedication and responsiveness of the customer support executive.
