Need has a natural plant based antibiotic . It doesn’t have fluoride so I alternate use with a fluoride containing toothpaste. It makes my teeth feel clean for hours. I like the product and have used it for years.

Neem leaf is used in India to address a number of health issues, among them dental issues. Some studies have supported the usefulness of the plant for reducing plague and the bacteria that can cause it. All I know is that my gums really are healthier now that I've been using this toothpaste regularly. I think the minty flavor of the paste is pleasent without being overwhelming.

We have been using this toothpaste for about 4 years. The whole family enjoys it. It’s refreshing and purportedly effective agains gingivitis. I use this alternately with fluoride and sensitive toothpaste. We have tried other brands but this is by far our favorite.
